Sales Executive (m/f)

For our office in Dubai  we are seeking  a motivated Sales Executive to support our sales activities. Your main activity will be outbound telephoning. In addition, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring information materials; you will also advise and support existing customers, and make sales offers.

Responsibilities

• Active outbound telephoning 
• Follow-up of telephone sales offers 
• Customer advice and support 
• Monitor progress of sales offers 
• Database maintenance 

Profile

• Work experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in IT-services 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - spoken Arabic is an advantage 
• Very good communication skills 
• Outgoing personality 
• Good PC and MS-Office skills 
• Persistence 
• Self-motivated, high stress tolerance 
• Responsible and reliable
